On 1 January 2022 new criteria was introduced to speed up the assessment and determination of projects in identified priority sectors. These criteria operate alongside the previous Development Facilitation Program criteria until 1 March 2022.
The new criteria for accelerated assessment and determination includes shovel ready projects as well as projects within specific relevant sectors and thresholds.
